At Pencwm Escapes, our campsite in West Wales offers a peaceful, car-free meadow with just 10 spacious pitches, giving you plenty of space to relax, explore, and create unforgettable memories with your family.
Our off-grid campsite is designed for those who love nature, adventure, and the simple joys of outdoor living. Without electric hook-ups, you can truly switch off and unwind while still enjoying hot showers, compost toilets, and a communal charging station.

pricing
Prices at our campsite in West Wales are per person per night. Each pitch accommodates a maximum of 6 people. You can choose between 1 large tent or 2 small tents per pitch.
For family camping, the fees are as follows:
Adults (16yrs +): £12
Child (5-15yrs): £8
Child (under 5): FREE
Dogs are welcome, with a maximum of 2 per pitch at no additional cost.
Greener Camping Club membership fee is £12 per pitch.
Pre pitched tent packages
Make family camping easy with our pre-pitched tent hire at our campsite in West Wales!
Don’t fancy the faff of setting up camp? Let us take care of it! Our pre-pitched tents at Pencwm Escapes are ready for your arrival, complete with all the camping basics you need – just turn up and settle in.
Choose your size:
4-man tent – £10 per night
6-man tent – £15 per night
Each tent comes with:
• Fully pitched tent, ready to go
• Camp chairs (x4 or x6 depending on tent size)
• Small table
• 1 x mini gas canister
• Plates, bowls, knives, forks & spoons
• Saucepans & frying pan
• Washing up bowl
• Tin/bottle opener

Please note:
This tent hire is an optional extra and is charged on top of our usual pitch pricing. You’ll still need to book your camping pitch as normal.
Also, don’t forget to bring your own beds, bedding, towels, and any personal bits you need – we’ve covered the basics, but you’ll want your own home comforts too!

Camper vans
We’re delighted to now offer three peaceful campervan pitches in a small, grassy field.
These are non-serviced pitches, ideal for small, self-contained campervans or motorhomes that don’t need an electric hook-up or water connection directly to the vehicle. We’re keeping things simple, quiet, and low-impact – so there’s no chemical toilet disposal, electric hook-up, or water connection to vans.
You’ll still have full use of all our shared facilities, including:
• Hot showers
• Compost toilets
• Eco washing-up station
• Communal freezer and phone charging station
• Taps for fresh water
It’s a lovely, low-key spot with just three pitches – perfect for those who enjoy the quieter, greener side of van life and want to unwind in nature.
