At Pencwm Escapes, we offer a serene, car-free meadow with just 10 spacious pitches. There is no "squeezing in" here—just ample room to relax, explore, and create unforgettable memories under the West Wales sky.
This is off-grid camping done right. Perfect for nature enthusiasts who crave the simple joys of outdoor living, you can truly disconnect from the noise and reconnect with nature. While we have no electric hook-ups, you won’t be "roughing it"—we provide hot showers, clean compost toilets, and all the "little extras" to make your stay comfortable.

Car-Free & Carefree: Our meadow is a safe haven for kids and wildlife. We provide wheelbarrows to move your gear, and if I’m around when you arrive, I’m always happy to lend a hand!
Space to Breathe: Our extra-large pitches guarantee ultimate privacy and comfort for your stay.
The Real Campfire Vibe: Every pitch includes its own fire pit. High-quality wood is available from our Honesty Shop (where you’ll also find farm-fresh eggs!), and you can even rent a BBQ tripod and grill for the ultimate outdoor feast.
Genuinely Dog-Friendly: Your first 2 dogs stay for free. You are welcome to bring up to 4 dogs per pitch (£3 each thereafter). We just ask that they stay on a lead to keep our wildlife happy.
No "Sneaky" Fees: We don't believe in charging for every little thing. Feel free to bring a gazebo or a pup tent at no extra charge.
On-Site Facilities
Eco-Friendly Essentials: Hot showers, clean compost toilets, and an eco-washing-up station.
Cool Box Service: We have a communal freezer where you can pop your ice blocks in and swap them out throughout the week to keep your food fresh and drinks cold.
Stay Connected: A communal charging station is available for your phones and small devices.
Bike Storage: If you’re exploring on two wheels, you are welcome to store your bikes under cover in our Dutch Barn (stored at your own risk).
2026 Camping Rates
Pitch Price: £10.00 per night (Includes your 1st Adult)
Extra Adult (16+): £7.00 per night
Children (Under 16): FREE
Pitch Occupancy: Maximum of 6 people per pitch.
The Greener Camping Club
Pencwm Escapes is a certified Greener Camping Club site. To stay with us, at least one occupant of the pitch must be a member.
Membership Fee: £12.00 per family/pitch.
How it works: Membership is an annual fee and is added as an extra at the time of your booking.
I handle the admin: Once you book, I handle the administration for you. I will process your membership and send you the digital information, giving you access to eco-friendly campsites across the UK for the entire year.
